Your Swiss Vision Optic optician at Littoral Centre Allaman is committed to 5 key points to provide you with the best service :

Commitment No. 1 - 2-Year Breakage Guarantee Offered

Replacement of your optical lenses with identical ones in case of accidental breakage, for 2 years after purchase, with a 40% deductible on the sale price of the lenses at the time of replacement. Replacement of your optical frame in case of accidental breakage, for 2 years after purchase, with a 40% deductible on the sale price of the frame at the time of replacement. Guarantee subject to the presentation of the complete frame and/or lenses. The 2-year guarantee is limited to a single repair operation if technically possible; if not, it will be limited to a single identical replacement* per element, lens, or frame, excluding the 2nd pair for 1 CHF. Guarantee limited to breakage occurring under normal use. Excludes scratches on the lenses. This guarantee does not apply to discounted or reduced-price frames. *As long as the items to be replaced are available from the manufacturer of your frame.

Commitment No. 2 - Visual Adaptation Guarantee

Free exchange of your lenses within 6 months in case of unsuitability established by a medical prescription (modification of the prescription or new prescription) or in case of unsuitability for progressive lenses. The exchange of single vision lenses for progressive or multifocal lenses is excluded from this guarantee.

Commitment No. 3 - Satisfaction Guarantee

If your new prescription frame purchased in our store does not bring you complete satisfaction, for reasons of comfort, aesthetics, or otherwise, we commit to placing your lenses in a new frame of your choice. If the replacement of your lenses is found to be impossible, a 30% deductible will be applied to a new pair of lenses. Limited to one replacement operation. This guarantee does not apply to discounted frames, reduced-price frames, or the 2nd pair for 1 CHF.

Commitment No. 4 - Immediate Assistance

Within the limits of the elements, equipment, and materials available, and the presence of qualified staff at your Littoral Centre Allaman store on the day of your request. A repair time may be applied by the optician depending on the available stock. Repair operations are charged at current rates in the store, which commits to informing you of these rates in advance.

Commitment No. 5 - Lifetime Maintenance Guarantee

Free checks of your equipment for its entire lifespan and free exchange of screws, pads, and temples of your equipment purchased in your Littoral Centre Allaman store.

These guarantees apply without prejudice to the legal guarantee applicable, which protects your purchase against any defects in conformity of the sold equipment and their inherent defects.
